Introduction to Home Ed Wiki

Home Ed Wiki is a website that anyone can edit or add to. It is based on the same system that is used by http://www.wikipedia.org/. It exists for home-educating families, and is principally about Home Education, but also includes related information (e.g. good places to visit, good books to read/use, etc.).

With the involvement of a small group of people, the wiki is steadily growing. It has started out as a set of place-holders and links, but we hope it will grow to a repository of information that will greatly assist home educators. If you want to get involved, then create an account and start adding content (you may want to read the Help pages or try things out in the Sandbox). Don't be afraid of making mistakes as a complete history is kept of all the pages, so it is easy to correct things if needed - the emphasis is really on collaborating together to create a useful resource. Please note that all information you put on here must be your own to give (e.g. not from a copyrighted source, such as a book or another website).
